Program Manager

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of small-scale farming, cooperatives, and sustainable agriculture practices.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, particularly in agricultural development​
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software

Duties:

The Program Manager for Agricultural Empowerment will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing TVA’s agricultural programs.

They will work closely with small-scale women farmers, organize cooperative activities, and oversee training and resource distribution.

Education Coordinator

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field.

Duties:

They will identify eligible students, oversee the application and selection process, and maintain relationships with educational institutions.

Water and Sanitation Specialist

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in environmental science, water resources management, or a related field.

  • Expertise in project planning and management.
